Job Summary

  • The Hospital / Institutional Customer Representative is responsible for understanding and identifying Health Care Provider (HCP) customer needs, supporting pull-through activities, and ensuring the company is viewed as demonstrating value and better health outcomes.
  • Primary activities include communicating about products in a meaningful and relevant way, customizing discussions, engaging in informed discussions with HCP customers, and acting as a primary point of contact for select customer accounts.
  • The role requires collaboration with National Account Executives and other stakeholders to maintain a strong focus on Managed Care pull-through, share learnings, and develop relevant offerings that address customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years Sales experience OR High School Diploma with 6+ years equivalent experience

  • Experience developing new business opportunities
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships
  • Valid Driver's license
