Job Summary

  • As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
  • You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own technology and process settings, manage PM systems and KPIs, and oversee the R&M budget for the line.
  • You will build the technical and maintenance skills of technicians, spending at least 50% of your time coaching them to operate and maintain equipment independently.
