Base: $186,500 - $358,250 annually; California: $247,400 - $358,250; Equity/Incentives: Eligible for Annual Incentive Plan and new hire equity award

Must-have
5+ years technical people management experience
12+ years technical or business consulting
Hands-on Adobe Experience Platform expertise
Experience with Real Time CDP and Journey Optimizer
Proven track record in large web-based systems
Nice-to-have
B2C and B2B subscription business model knowledge
Strong visual communication and concept demonstration skills
Certification in Adobe Experience Platform or Journey Optimizer
Deep understanding of tag management and data layer design
