Job Summary
The Data Science Lab COE and Transformation team at AIA HK deliver advanced AI solutions, including GenAI usecases, AI ML models, ML engineering and data science platform, to our customers, agents, partners and Healthcare providers.
As an AI Architect, this role will be a strategic architect, pioneering advance AI solutions including to lead exploration, standardization, and framework development for the Data Science Lab COE and Transformation team.
Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of GenAI in line with industry standards, architecture standard and HK regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

10+ years in an architect role
4+ years hands-on AI architecture design

Team player with cross-team collaboration experience
Familiarity with insurance-specific GenAI applications
