Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
2-7 years of finance or FP&A experience
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
Strong understanding of income statement and balance sheet
Experience with monthly and annual financial close processes
Nice-to-have
Experience with enterprise planning or consolidation tools
Background supporting operational or supply chain organizations
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
Proven track record in process automation and standardization
Key Requirements
