  • The Collaborations Operations System Administrator is responsible for the operation Level 3 support of the Enterprise SharePoint Collaboration application platform along with other collaborations applications.
  • This role acts as application system administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the environment, critical application escalations and responsible for all production changes and new infrastructure deployments.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platforms
  • 5+ years Microsoft PowerShell and scripting technologies
  • Experience with monitoring technologies
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Server, Database (SQL) and networking
  • Experience with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with the incident, change & problem management disciplines
  • Knowledge of the Remedy ITSM/Service Now application toolset
