Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to direct the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure a safe facility.
The incumbent must coordinate maintenance activities with other departments such as Nursing and Dietary while supervising safety and infection control programs.
This position requires developing correction plans for deficiencies noted during government surveys and maintaining accurate financial records for department expenditures.
