Job Summary
The Program Manager - Safety and Health Regulatory Compliance develops, manages, and implements UMD health and safety programs in alignment with legal and institutional requirements.
The primary responsibility of the position is to lead innovative workplace safety and health initiatives in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, relevant industry standards and university policies.
The Program Manager coordinates with UMD project and departmental leadership to identify needs, set goals, and develop action plans that drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
