Job Summary
This position serves as an internal consultant leading process improvement initiatives across the mission areas of the Cancer Program and OSUWMC.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional problem solving and change management capabilities, advanced leadership and coaching skills, advance data analytic skills, and strong project management skills.
Projects will entail traveling to anywhere in the James and Ohio State University Medical Complex, with primary working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but these times may shift when working on specific projects.
