Performs basic supportive care to specified patients and families under the direction and supervision of an RN or Care Manager.
Collects, documents, and reports vital signs, and may complete screening questions and documentation or minor specimen testing as assigned.
Ensures environmental standards are met and all unit and patient areas are stocked, cleaned, and maintained, while remaining compliant with HIPAA and maintaining professionalism.

Key Requirements
