Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or significant industry experience
At least 10 years’ experience in contracting environment including KiwiRail experience
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Proven experience in pricing, tendering and winning work
Understanding of government and local government procurement processes
