Key Requirements

  • Clinical Healthcare Degree (BSN, RT, PT, OT, SLP)
  • Bachelor's Degree in clinical field
  • 5 years' clinical experience minimum
  • 1 year Quality/Risk/Safety experience required
  • CPHQ or CPPS certification within 1 year of hire
  • Proof of legal authority to work in US
