  • As the manager of the Digital Natives Solutions Architect (SA) team, you will focus on growing and developing a team of SAs, driving the adoption of the Databricks Platform at the fastest-growing tech companies.
  • You will be responsible for leading the team in establishing best practices throughout the full lifecycle of the customers' workloads, helping each team member achieve success, productivity, and career growth.
  • This role will work in close collaboration with sales, services, product, and engineering to drive solutions and outcomes for these highly technical customers.
