Job Summary
As the manager of the Digital Natives Solutions Architect (SA) team, you will focus on growing and developing a team of SAs, driving the adoption of the Databricks Platform at the fastest-growing tech companies.
You will be responsible for leading the team in establishing best practices throughout the full lifecycle of the customers' workloads, helping each team member achieve success, productivity, and career growth.
This role will work in close collaboration with sales, services, product, and engineering to drive solutions and outcomes for these highly technical customers.
