Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to lead compliance efforts in the Union Reporting space.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of union agreements, reporting requirements, and payment processes, with a focus on identifying process gaps and ensuring timely compliance to avoid legal and financial repercussions.
  • You will report directly to our Benefits Director and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
