Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to lead compliance efforts in the Union Reporting space.
This role requires a deep understanding of union agreements, reporting requirements, and payment processes, with a focus on identifying process gaps and ensuring timely compliance to avoid legal and financial repercussions.
You will report directly to our Benefits Director and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
