Parsons Corporation is seeking a Design Manager specializing in marine projects for their Abu Dhabi location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design management, particularly within major ports and marine developments, and will be responsible for project execution and stakeholder engagement
Job Summary
Leads the process of the preparation and development of the Prequalification Documents / Criteria and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents tailored to address the strategic intent of the business for specific developments and the successful selection of the appropriate service provider(s).
Management and administration of design and consultancy services agreements throughout the design cycle from concept design/design validation stage to production of IFC documents.
Leads the process of preparing and developing pre-concept and concept development schemes for Ports and Marine developments in terms of layouts, operational planning and sizing of facilities and assets, and similar inputs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 15 years of experience in Design Management
Experience of Major Ports and Marine Developments
Experience in marine is required
Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
