The Director will establish portfolio-level governance, release trains, and prioritization processes while ensuring compliance with regulated medical device development environments including NPI tollgates and design history files.
The position involves leading Bangalore-based teams across systems engineering, build/release, verification, and L4 support to drive operational excellence and adopt AI-assisted workflows for accelerated delivery.
