Job Summary
Build, lead and mentor a team of Managers & Supervisors fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability to support the digital agenda.
Lead and advance digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Smart Factory tools, data analytics, and digital performance systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and agility.
Responsible for all warehouse functions: Manage inventory and material flows including shipping/receiving to meet company goals and customer demand.
