Job Summary
The Oregon Department of Justice is seeking a probate attorney with experience in estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships to join the Civil Recovery Section.
This position will represent the state in a robust probate caseload, including estate cases, guardianships, conservatorships, trust litigation and Medicaid recovery actions.
The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to work on other types of cases including contracts, damage to state property, fraud, and real property disputes.
