The role involves providing primary and specialty care to a complex population of adult and pediatric patients primarily in an inpatient setting at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
Candidates will collaborate closely with transplant surgeons and the healthcare team to diagnose acute and chronic health problems while ensuring continuity of care through discharge planning.
New graduates are welcome to apply for this full-time position that includes four 10-hour days with occasional remote call coverage to answer patient questions.

Key Requirements
Master's degree (MSN) required upon hire or within 3 years
Current Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state
National certification by nationally accredited organization
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS or PALS certification may be required based on setting
Arrangement with at least one physician per state board requirements
Credentialing and privileging by Medical Executive Committee
