  • Leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday integrations and enhancements, and work closely with developers to design, develop, and optimize Workday integrations.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
