Job Summary

  • The Director will lead the development and execution of best-in-class material planning and inventory management processes across all North America manufacturing sites within the Power Efficiency Solutions segment.
  • This role is accountable for owning company-wide standards related to lead times, safety stock, lot sizing, and replenishment while driving significant reductions in raw and work-in-progress inventory.
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Cd. Juarez Chihuahua and/or Piedras Negras Coahuila as needed to oversee operations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain operations
  • Preferred MBA or APICS/CPIM certification
