Job Summary

  • The HR Generalist acts as the initial point of contact for associates to resolve HR inquiries and manage cases in line with SLAs.
  • This role delivers end-to-end administrative HR support including Workday transactions, onboarding, leave management, and compensation processing.
  • Candidates will identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a Continuous Improvement Steward for designated specialty areas.
