Job Summary
The Marine Claims Supervisor manages a team of expert adjusters to provide support for UPS multiple business functions, global accounts, and customers.
This position is responsible for delivering quality, timely claim productivity on a consistent basis, conducting audits, while ensuring adjuster goals are met with favorable results.
The incumbent makes certain proper handling of loss/damaged claims by qualified licensed adjusters and supervises administrative and specialists’ staff.
