Job Summary

  • The Operations Training Specialist is responsible for the creation, coordination, deployment, and assessment of technical and operational training across site to build employee competency and capability.
  • Partnering with Operations subject matter experts (SME) to develop standard operating procedures (“Work Instructions) and with Operational Managers to design and develop technical training programs.
  • Assist with the implementation of CAPEX projects in relation to timetables of training, familiarization and learning curves.
