  • This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction projects with a volume in excess of $250 million.
  • Manage a staff of more than 25 full-time employees including hiring, firing, and completing performance reviews.

  • PM on 2 design-build projects similar in scope
  • PM on 2 projects with $10M+ construction value
