Must-have
Advanced VBA programming skills
Database management and SQL knowledge
Agile / Scrum or SAFe delivery experience
Functional ownership of LCA tool
Requirements elicitation and documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience with sustainability and ESG tools
Exposure to data integration and ETL processes
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing
Global work environment experience
Collaboration with sustainability experts
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5+ years IT Business Analyst experience
Fluent English (C1)
Experience gathering and translating requirements
Experience working in Agile / Scrum or SAFe environments
