• The position will be focused on covering the day-to-day and hour-to-hour workings of the Senate, as well as larger themes of politics and policymaking.
• The role requires the ability to juggle news of the day with larger enterprise stories on the next big Senate fights, while recognizing the broader themes shaping the chamber's internal politics.
