Must-have

  • HBO or WO degree in Safety or related field
  • Experience with EHS systems like Enablon
  • Project management and improvement trajectory leadership
  • Knowledge of national/international safety regulations
  • Root cause analysis and incident investigation skills

Nice-to-have

  • MVK or HVK certification
  • Industrial Hygiene knowledge
  • Strong persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to manage resistance effectively
  • Willingness to pursue additional EHS training

Key Requirements

  • HBO or WO degree required
  • Several years of relevant EHS work experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Proficiency with Enablon software preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch and English required
