Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8 to 12 years of FP&A experience
  • 4 years at a PE-backed company
  • Built rolling multi-quarter forecast from scratch
  • Deep fluency in SaaS metrics ARR MRR NRR
  • Experience preparing PE board packages

Nice-to-have

  • Hybrid revenue model combining services and software
  • Familiarity with NetSuite Salesforce and Looker
  • Experience in digital marketing or SMB markets
  • Proactive identification of EBITDA add-backs
  • Genuine mentorship capability for analysts
