  • The Supervisor, Cane Farmer Production Development Services, will serve as a strategic link between farmers and the company to drive continuous improvement in sugar cane yields for farmers.
  • Responsible for leading and overseeing farmer support programs in AgGrowPro that are aimed at increasing sugarcane productivity, improving farm management practices, and enhancing sustainable cane production.
  • Develop annual work plan aligned with field and factory cane supply forecasts and build strong working relationships with cane farmers and farmer associations.
