Job Summary
As a DSP Architect, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of digital signal processing functions at the IP, subsystem, or IC level.
Your work will directly contribute to the development of next-generation networking and automotive solutions focused on high-speed, low-power design and robust control loop implementation.
You will collaborate closely with analog/RF, mixed-signal, digital, firmware, and validation teams to define PHY architecture and support silicon debug and customer engagements.

DSP algorithm architecture and modeling
MATLAB/C modeling and simulation
Low-power high-speed digital circuit design

IEEE 802.3 Automotive Ethernet compliance
Mixed-signal system-level modeling
Cross-functional collaboration with IC teams

Experience with automotive networking standards

Key Requirements
20+ years of industry experience
Proven experience in digital design including FIR/IIR filter design
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Experience with timing closure and calibration loops
