Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years construction management experience
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
Ability to read drawings schematics blueprints
Knowledge of NFPA IBC IMC OSHA NEC codes
Experience with hazardous location ESD construction
Nice-to-have
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Experience in chemical pharmaceutical hospital environments
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in construction management
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
PMP certification preferred
HVAC license or Electrical Master Gas license preferred
