Job Summary

• Develop and execute the company's business plan in the designated region or area, supervising and coaching pharmaceutical representatives to analyze and develop detailed execution plans.
• Supervise and coach pharmaceutical representatives to deliver high-quality product information, academic promotion, and relevant feedback, and participate in the selection, recruitment, and training/coaching of pharmaceutical representatives.
• Actively participate in and promote compliance projects, leading by example and conveying a compliance culture, and adhering to the regulations of medical institutions covered or visited related to pharmaceutical representatives or pharmaceutical companies.
