Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years consumer product development experience
• 3+ years focused on ceiling fans or motorized systems
• Expertise in motor control methods TRIAC, PWM, vector control
• Knowledge of UL/ETL, Energy Star, DOE, JA8/Title 24 standards
• Experience with supplier management and manufacturing in Asia
• Proficiency in computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
• Familiarity with MATTER, Alexa, Google Home platforms
