The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents, observing for skin breakdown, and promptly reporting any accidents or changes in resident condition to supervisors.
