Base: $141,648-$226,637; Bonus/Equity: eligible for individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus; Benefits: competitive salary, bonuses and benefits, company-funded retirement contribution (15% of eligible earnings), generous time-away and health benefits, 2-for-1 matching gifts
