  • The Customer Account Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a trustful long-term relationship with his/her assigned customers, leading the sales of aircraft and services portfolio.
  • Main activities include identifying, qualifying, leading and managing sales opportunities, leading the Commercial Team, and acting as the main focal point for all customer commercial activities.
  • Achieved AOP Objectives for Aircraft and Services Sales and deliveries, improved customer loyalty, and increased future sales are key outputs of this role.
