Job Summary
This role has a strong focus on Comcare matters, making it well suited to an experienced practitioner who enjoys technical statutory work, detailed medical evidence, and helping clients navigate Commonwealth workers’ compensation schemes.
The role will also involve assisting clients with NDIS disputes and running these to the Administrative Review Tribunal.

Significant post-admission experience
Experience in personal injury or statutory compensation law
Demonstrated experience working on Comcare / Commonwealth workers’ compensation matters
Strong working knowledge of Commonwealth workers’ compensation legislation
Experience managing complex matters
Proactive and strategic approach to end-to-end file management
