Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing contracts and communication with third-party suppliers, including hospitals and cellular cryopreservation sites in APAC countries, to support the establishment and implementation of apheresis and cryopreservation operations.
  • The position requires supporting international staff training and qualifications, performing and concluding technical investigations into apheresis starting material deviations, and harmonizing internal stakeholder requirements with external stakeholder comprehension and performance levels.
  • The individual will be fully accountable to establish third parties for successful product delivery in Asia Pacific, combining operational efficiency and speed with compliance, and may manage line and/or matrix teams of 5-10 indirect reports.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering discipline
  • Project Management experience
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and implementing procedural documents
  • Working knowledge of JACIE or FACT immune effector cell handling requirements
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and stand for a long period
