Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for supporting our client’s U.S. real estate sustainability efforts, including property energy, water, and waste utility data needs, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • You will serve as a primary "Super User" of the client’s sustainability data platform (Cambio) as well as ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM) and will help ensure accurate, complete, and audit-ready utility data to support energy benchmarking, Building Performance Standards (BPS) reporting, GRESB reporting, and green building certifications.
