The position involves leading cross-functional collaboration across R&D, testing, validation, delivery, and operations, supporting commercialization, and continuously optimizing product positioning and differentiation.

Autonomous driving system architecture
Product roadmap and requirement management
Cross-functional team collaboration
Safety and performance system definition
End-to-end product ownership
Mining and commercial vehicle domain knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with ToB/ToG autonomous scenarios
Product mass production deployment experience
Technical background in systems engineering or software
PMP or Agile certification
Strong system-level thinking
Good communication and documentation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant engineering fields
8+ years product management or systems engineering experience
At least 4 years in autonomous driving, intelligent vehicles, engineering machinery or commercial vehicles
Familiarity with autonomous driving system components such as perception, localization, planning, control, and vehicle-cloud systems
