The Nurse Manager leads a team of dedicated RN’s, LPN’s and Medication Aides in a residential substance use disorder treatment setting.
Key responsibilities include planning, policy development, patient care evaluation, recruitment support, chart reviews, staff training, and participation in treatment team meetings.
