San Joaquin NRC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to assist in managing nursing staff and providing quality healthcare services to residents. The position requires strong leadership and nursing management skills, with an emphasis on supervisory roles and regulatory compliance

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Assists the DON in the design, implementation and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintains and promotes resident rights.
