Job Summary

  • This apprenticeship will consist of conducting data analyses to improve reporting quality, specifying and testing new HRIS functionalities (including AI), and supporting the digital transformation of HR processes on an international scale.
  • You will assist the Business Owner in defining needs and translating them into functional specifications for digital teams in Agile mode (PI), and guarantee the quality of delivered functionalities (including AI) by designing and executing test scenarios before global deployment.
  • You will clean, analyze, and visualize compensation data to provide actionable indicators and automate international reporting, contributing to the improvement of data reliability and functional support for HR users on digitized tools.
