Job Summary

  • You will support companies, banks, and investment funds in managing financial distress or crisis situations, and participate in identifying, negotiating, and implementing solutions to manage the crisis process and business relaunch.
  • The team supports client companies in preventive arrangements and PRO procedures, assists banks and private equity funds in distressed M&A operations, and aids professionals in large-scale procedures (e.g., extraordinary administrations).
  • In your development path, you can participate in various aspects related to extraordinary finance operations such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
