Job Summary

• Responsible for delivering prioritized Agentic AI solutions that support Amgen’s commercial and analytics functions, focusing on the full execution lifecycle.
• Partner closely with commercial insights, CD&A, AI&D, and technical teams to convert business needs into operational GenAI capabilities.
• Coordinate training sessions, office hours, and enablement resources to ensure business users can confidently use the deployed Agentic AI solutions.

Key Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 5 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience
• Commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions
• Strong background of delivering complex AI/ML delivery initiatives
