Must-have
Manage electromechanical utilities services
Implement planned preventive maintenance
Supervise engineering and maintenance staff
Monitor SLA and KPI performance
Coordinate vendor quotations and invoices
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
Nice-to-have
Energy conservation planning
Facilitate emergency response and evacuation drills
Work closely with regional and training teams
Support Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager
Maintain detailed equipment history and reports
Key Requirements
Experience in electromechanical and utilities services management
Ability to manage and train shift engineers and maintenance staff
Experience with budgeting controls and vendor management
