The role is responsible for driving strategy and performance for the Sales organization and lead the “Sales Programs” within Sales Strategy function to create scalable sales plays and improve productivity.
You will be expected to analyze performance and propose both short and longer-term business strategy and process to improve their performance and also develop and refine sales programs and processes to better enhance and monitor the performance of the business.
