The Resident Experience Coordinator will focus on driving resident engagement and enhancing living experience through community events and activations, feedback, referrals, identification and delivery of service improvement opportunities.
Plan and deliver engaging resident events and activations, create community initiatives, manage the Haiku Perks rewards program, and support referral campaigns.
Monitor and grow Google Reviews and online reputation, manage resident surveys, feedback and complaints, and identify recurring themes to implement improvements.
