Must-have
MD PharmD PhD or equivalent advanced degree
Minimum 3 years Medical Affairs experience in oncology
Fluent English and Italian language skills
Experience with clinical trial feasibility and site identification
Proven track record in developing medical plans

Prior involvement in product launches and lifecycle management
Experience interacting with Italian payers and HTA processes
Familiarity with digital health tools and omnichannel engagement
Knowledge of basic AI and RWE methods
